His distinguished career includes roles at the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham, as well as key positions within major UK government departments such as the Ministry of Justice, Department for Work and Pensions, HM Revenue and Customs, the former Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and, most recently, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
With five years as a senior civil servant, Manny has led teams across finance, policy, and programme delivery-consistently using emotional intelligence and strategic insight to drive results and support public service transformation.
